Chicken thighs in a delicate sauce recipe with photo
Today's recipe is very quick, incredibly tender and flavorful. The chicken turns out melting in the mouth and will certainly appeal to kids and adults. Preparation you will not take much time. The main thing to have on hand all the necessary ingredients, 15 minutes of free time and very soon the fragrant dinner will be on your table.
Serve this chicken with absolutely any side dish: any cereal, potatoes, or simply fresh vegetables and herbs.
Ingredients:
- 7-8 PCs chicken jedrysek
- 2 PCs bulbs
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 ml water
- a pinch of hops suneli
- a bit of coriander
Approximate cooking time: 15 minutes +1 hour to extinguish.
Method of preparation:
The meat is washed under running water, slightly dry with a paper towel. Cut onion into half rings and fry in small amount of vegetable oil.
Trained legs spread on lightly fried onions, and onions are trying to spread over the meat so that it is not burnt on the bottom.
Sprinkle herbs.
Fry the meat for about 5 minutes, until Golden brown. Add the paprika and rosemary.
All stir, flip the chicken, fry the other side. After 3-4 minutes, pour the water, add sour cream.
All together, simmer, covered, over low heat for about an hour. During this time the meat is fully saturated with the sauce and becomes very soft, and juicy.
