Chicken meatballs

Quick, tasty, juicy, tender, and will appeal to all! Such meatballs can take with them as a snack, perfect for a picnic and to enjoy the party. Ingredients:

• 2 chicken breasts (if you have a company more than 4 people recommend taking 4)
• 1 egg
• 30 g wheat flour
• Salt and black pepper
• Italian herbs
• vegetable oil for frying
• pinch oregano
• pinch thyme
• 10 ml olive oil
• 10 ml soy sauce

Approximate cooking time: about 40 minutes.

Method of preparation:
