Fish salad with feta cheese

For this recipe you will need:

500 g catfish (boiled) - 6 fillets

1 pcs. apples

1 pcs. lemon

200 g cheese

1 onions - head

1 pcs. pickles

1/2 glass sour cream

1 parsley (green) - beam

pepper, salt - to taste

Cut the fillet of catfish into pieces and arrange on a platter.

Apple, onion, cucumber cut into cubes, stir, add the juice squeezed from a lemon, salt and pepper, then sour cream.

Pour the fish with this mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese. Garnish with parsley.
