250 g beet

2 tbsp. horseradish

? lemon (juice)

? glass mayonnaise mixed with sour cream
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

sugar (to taste)

salt (to taste)

Grate on a coarse grater raw beets, connect it with horseradish, also pre-grated on a coarse grater. Season with salt, add sugar, lemon juice and season with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise (1:1). Cool in the refrigerator.
