Salad oil or white mushrooms with horseradish and eggs
For this recipe you will need:
300 g mushrooms (boletus mushrooms or white)
3 pcs. egg
100 g horseradish
50 g green onion
50 g sour cream
sugar, lemon juice, salt - to taste
greens (for decoration)
Mushrooms Boil in salted water with spices, cool, cut into small cubes, mix with chopped onions and chopped boiled egg proteins. Egg yolks grind with sour cream, add grated on a fine grater horseradish, sugar, lemon juice and season salad. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
