Pancakes with three toppings "Unusual"

For the dough:

700 ml serum / sour milk

350 g flour

100 g cottage cheese

2 eggs

3 Art. l. starch

2 h. l. sugar

1 h. l. soda

1 h. l. salt

First filling:

100 g crab sticks

50 g cheese

mayonnaise

Second filling:

200 g chicken

100 g fresh mushrooms

1/3 onions

?-1 Art. l. sour cream

green onions

parsley

black pepper

salt

Third filling:

180 sausage cheese

1 clove of garlic

sour cream and mayonnaise

For the dough whisk sour milk with eggs, cheese and enter the flour, add the remaining ingredients and beat with a mixer all, cook pancakes, baking them on both sides.

For the first filling rubbed cheese, chopped crab sticks, mix everything with mayonnaise.

For the second: the mushrooms and finely chop the fillets, chopped onion and parsley, fry for 3-5 minutes, pour the sour cream, 3 minutes to extinguish.

For the third: skip through the garlic press, rub on a coarse grater cheese and mix with mayonnaise and sour cream.

Spread the filling on half cooked pancakes, fold them in half to form triangles.

Serve pancakes with three toppings "unusual" hot or cold, with such carnival pancakes especially appreciate the stronger sex.
