Salad with ham and mushrooms "Stump"
Pancakes:
250 ml milk

Lettuce:
200-300 g ham
3 eggs
2-3 boiled carrots
2 boiled potatoes
parsley, dill
thick sour cream or mayonnaise

Prepared from components for pancakes 6 pancakes, brush each with oil.
Rub on a grater (large) boiled potatoes, combine with chopped dill and sour cream, rub the grated carrots, combine sour cream, rub grated eggs and combine with sour cream.
Finely chop the mushrooms, combine with chopped herbs and a little sour cream.
Cut into strips or cubes ham, add sour cream.
