Canaps with olives and cheeses

100 g olives pitted

100 g olives pitted

100 g the Dor blue cheese

100 g Camembert

100 g cucumbers

1 sweet yellow pepper

1 sweet red pepper

Chop the peppers, cucumbers and cheese at about the same small rectangular pieces.

Strung all the ingredients on skewers: lower the vegetables, then cheese and olives with olives.

Before serving Christmas buffet put canaps with olives and cheeses on a flat dish and decorate to taste.
