Pie pancake with chicken and mushrooms

50 g butter

2 eggs

1 l milk

12 tbsp. flour

sugar

salt

Filling:

fried chicken with onions

fried mushrooms

mashed potatoes

Combine flour with eggs, salt, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, mix well, gradually add all the milk.

After baking each pancake spread with butter.

Put the first pancake on a plate, spread a layer of mashed potatoes, cover with the second pancake, put the mushrooms, the third pancake, then finely sliced chicken with onion, so to assemble the cake, alternating layers.

Served pie pancake with chicken and mushrooms heated.
