Pancake cake with Apple filling
40 g butter

5 apples
5 fresh pancakes
5 tsp. sugar
Peel apples, remove core, cut into cubes about 1.5 see
Melt the butter in a pan, add sugar, bring to a dissolution, then to polarisavenue sugar (caramelization).
Add to the pan of apples, simmer until evaporation of the released juice about 4 minutes
In a baking pan put a few pieces of butter, put on top of the first pancake, cover Apple filling, top with the next layer and thus to assemble the cake.
On pancake cake with Apple filling to put the pieces of butter to cook the pie at 180-200 degrees for 5-7 minutes
Ready pancake cake with Apple filling to be removed, tilt the dish upside down, serve warm or hot, with sour cream.
