Abkhazian "miracle"
To prepare the dough:
500 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
300 g yogurt
? h. l. baking soda
salt
To prepare the filling:
200 g cottage cheese
60 g butter
1 bunch green onions
1 egg
4 Art. l. sour cream
Dough: kefir combine flour (leave some yogurt to quench soda), add repaid soda, salt, knead the dough, roll it into a ball, cover with a cloth and leave for half an hour, should swell gluten flour.
Preparation of the filling: cottage cheese through a sieve, add finely chopped onion, half the sour cream, egg and mix thoroughly.
Roll out the dough into a flat cake, put it in the pan, greased with butter, top with stuffing evenly distribute it, leave 3 cm from the edge of the free edges wrap, forming a side. Lubricate the rim sour cream.
Bake Abkhazian "miracle" at 200 degrees in the oven until golden brown.
