Onion pie
For the dough:
3 glass flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
200 g 1 packet of butter ()
1 tsp. soda (to repay vinegar)
3 tbsp. sour cream
For the filling:
100 g 3 processed cheese (on )
3 large onions
3 eggs
1. Sift flour in bowl, add the softened butter and a good grind to a crumb-like state. Add sour cream, repaid soda and knead homogeneous dough. Leave it for 30 minutes.
2. Fry the chopped onion until Golden brown, put in a bowl. Add grated processed cheese and raw eggs. Mix well.
3. Divide the dough into 2 parts (one in 2 times more than the other). A large part of roll out the layer and place in a greased baking dish on the bottom and sides.
4. Fill out the form with the dough prepared filling.
5. Roll out the remaining dough and cover this layer cake. Stung the edge. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes on high heat.
To better serve chilled.
