Pancakes Turkey
500 g Turkey fillet
1 egg
grated nutmeg
salt to taste
2 tbsp. butter

2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. flour
vegetable oil for frying
1. Turkey fillet, wash, put in saucepan, cover with water and boil until tender. Cool and mince.
2. Egg mix with milk in a separate bowl. Add the softened butter, salt, nutmeg, flour and thoroughly mix.
3. Combine the milk-egg mixture with the ground Turkey breast and stir. The resulting dough to put a spoon in a pan with heated oil in the form of bread.
Fry on both sides until Golden-brown crust.
