Walnut muffins with chocolate
20 pieces:
6 eggs
1 a glass of flour and sugar
some flour to choose? we'll show
1/2 glass crushed almonds
1 chocolate bar
50 g almond flakes for decoration
Flour mixed with crushed almonds. Yolks separated from whites and rub with powdered sugar before whitening. Proteins were whipped into a solid foam. All combine and mix gently. The resulting mass is decomposed into molds and bake in the oven at 180 � C for 15-20 minutes. Melt chocolate in a water bath and pour it cooled cupcakes.
