Bread "Chimichurri" Argentine
410 g wheat flour

235 ml water
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp. wheat bran
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. olive oil
3 tsp. fresh chopped parsley
3 tsp. chopped onions
2 tsp. dry yeast
1,5 tsp. white wine vinegar
1,5 tsp. salt
tsp. ?. oregano or dried Basil
1/8 tsp. Cayenne or pepper
Skip the garlic through a press, put all ingredients in the bread container according to the instructions, for Moulinex: first, pour the water, then add vinegar and oil, then salt, sugar, flour, yeast, bran, hot pepper, oregano or Basil, garlic, last parsley and onion.
To prepare bread "Chimichurri" Argentine on the "native" mode, 750 g, cool on a rack.
