The cake Lady's fingers"
Ingredients:
1,5 glass milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
150 g butter
1,5 glass wheat flour
6 PCs egg
1/3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. margarine for greasing
2 glass sour cream with a high fat content
1 glass sugar
2 tbsp. coconut
100 g chocolate white
100 g cashews peeled
Milk connect with salt and oil, bring to a boil. In boiling the mixture with constant stirring, pour the sifted flour. Warm the mixture for 2 minutes, stirring constantly until no lumps of flour.
Brewed mass remove from heat, cool to 70-80 �C. and, while stirring, type eggs one at a time. When this mass is not beat, and only mix until a homogeneous dough without lumps. The finished dough is a viscous mass.
Pan smear a very thin layer of margarine. Choux pastry squeeze on a baking sheet pastry syringe thin "fingers". Bake at 180-200 �C for 30-40 minutes. Cool.
Sour cream whisk, gradually adding sugar, lush sustainable mass. Baked "fingers" dip in the cream and fold into the dish by the woodpile.
Chocolate grate on a coarse grater, mix with coconut and sprinkle over cake. Decorate with whole kernels.
