Cheese cake
Ingredients:
260 g dry biscuit
150 g margarine
12 g gelatin
500 g grated cheese
75 g sugar
vanillin
1 h. l. vanilla sugar
grated zest of lemon and orange juice, chips - for decoration
250 g jam, jam or fresh (frozen) strawberries - for the sauce
50 g water
Strawberry - for decoration
Mash biscuit rolling pin or mince. Melt margarine and connect it with the crumbs of biscuits. Mix thoroughly. Put the mixture into the cake baking pan with removable base, tightly clutching her to the bottom and walls of the mold. Place in a refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Soak the gelatin in cold water until the grains become transparent. Mix cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon and orange zest. Squeeze gelatin, melt it in orange juice over low heat and add to the mixture. Spread the filling for a pie on the prepared base of sponge cake and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
For the sauce, wipe the strawberries with a little water (or sugar to taste, if desired) to puree the state, bring to a boil.
Arrange orange peel cake, strawberry jam or marmalade. Sauce cake served separately.
