Cream of Celery
60 g celery root
200 pulp stick - there
2 pcs. yolks
150 g cream
g greens - LP
Celery cleaned, washed and chopped straw, throw in a pan, add the butter, pour the broth, put white bread (loaf without crust) and assume until tender, then rubbed through a sieve and fill with a mixture of milk and eggs. Mass of diluted broth to the consistency of sour cream medium thickness. Before serving, you can sprinkle with parsley.
