Cream of Celery
2 glass * Water
1 * Cube of vegetable broth
1 * Stalk celery purified
* Salt
* White pepper
1 * / 2 cup soy cream
* Nutmeg
* Cayenne pepper to taste
* Celery cut into small pieces and place in a pan of boiling water and add bouillon cube.
* Simmer until the celery is tender.
* Grind everything in a blender
* Pour the soup back into the pot and gently simmer, add salt white pepper, a pinch of Cayenne.
* Just before serving, add the cream and powdered nutmeg.
