Spring vegetable soup
100 g cauliflower
50 g carrots
50 g kohlrabi
50 g green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
20 g celery root
1 onions
1 bouillon cube
? tsp. ground nutmeg
black pepper
salt
500 g water
Dice the celery, carrots, kohlrabi and onions, cauliflower out on the inflorescence.
Bring water to boil, add bouillon cube and vegetables, cook the soup for 15 minutes, then add pepper and salt, add nutmeg and pepper.
Before serving, add in the spring vegetable soup with chopped parsley.
