Soup "spring" with dumplings
For cooking, we need:
500 g dumplings (with chicken)
2 carrots
1 onions
1 teaspoon of mixture of dry peppers
2 l water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 Dill (approximately twigs)
Chives
Sour cream to taste
Salt and pepper
Chop finely dill, chives and onions, and carrots on a coarse grater grind. Then onion stew with carrots in butter, pour stewed vegetables with water and bring to a boil. Then add the mixture of dry peppers and put into the water dumplings. Salt and pepper to taste. Once the soup comes to a boil, boil it for 15 minutes, add half of the dill, cook for another 5 minutes. On the table soup served with fresh herbs and, if they wish, with sour cream.
