300 g Mexican mixed vegetables (sweet pepper, corn, white, and green beans)

2 sausages

1 onions

1 garlic clove

1 vegetable bouillon cube

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tsp. tomato puree

1 tsp. starch

3 glass water

black pepper

salt

RUB the garlic with the salt, onion cut into cubes, combine and cook for 1 min on oil.

Add the tomato puree, vegetable mixture and sausages, cut into circles, pepper and salt, add stock cube and pour all the hot water. Cook for 10 minutes on full power under the hood.

Dissolve the cornstarch 1 tbsp. cold water, pour in the soup. Cook the soup for another 1 minute on full power.

Before serving, sprinkle the soup with the chopped herbs.
