Sponge cake with currants lean
2 glass flour

1.5 glass frozen currants
1 glass carbonated water
1 glass sugar dough
? glass sugar for the filling
5 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. baking powder
vanilla
Stir currants with sugar, knead.
Stir the flour with the water, sugar, butter, vanilla and baking powder.
Currants put in a baking tin, pour batter on top.
Prepare cake with currants lean in a preheated 200-220 degree oven about 30-40 minutes.
