1 kg peeled zucchini

1 kg sugar

1 orange

Cut the squash, peeled and diced core, just chop peeled orange, put in an enamel bowl, pour sugar and leave overnight.

Put the bowl on the stove, bring the jam to a boil, cook for 15 mine, stirring, then remove from heat, let cool, put back on the stove to boil after boiling for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, repeat the same thing again.

Then canning is done as follows: jam expanded in sterilized jars and rolls or closed kapron lids.
