Raspberry jam "Polish"
1 kg raspberry
600 g sugar
0,5 glass juice black or red currants
Pour the prepared berries with sugar, add currant juice, stir.
Jam to the boil in 1 reception, increasing the fire gradually, constantly stirring the mixture with a slotted spoon, remove the foam, jam no more than an hour.
Willingness raspberry jam can be determined by the drop: if once on the plate, it quickly thickens.
Then canning jam to do so: put it in a warm dry banks, clogging tin lids.
Cool banks turn them up-side down.
