Marmalade-assorted Polish
500 g zucchini
500 g black currant
500 g apples
500 g gooseberry
400 g sugar
This recipe for canning better to do with sweet apples.
Without peeling, apples cut into slices, peel and seed the squash, chop it chop.
To steam until tender apples and zucchini in a little water, cover with the lid. Wipe the mass through a sieve hot.
Mash the gooseberries and blackcurrants with a wooden pestle, cover with sugar, stir and heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Wipe the mass through a sieve.
To connect Apple-Butternut squash and a second mixture, boil down until tender.
