Cake with almonds "Women's whim"
Dough:
300 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
100 g butter
30 g yeast
3 egg yolks
? glass milk
1 Art. l. sugar
1 pinch of salt
Filling:
150 g sugar
150 g apricot jam
50 g almonds
3 egg whites
Dough: Combine butter and sugar, yolks and salt, rub, add flour, stir, then add the yeast, diluted in milk.
Knead the dough and roll it oval cake, put on a baking sheet and pinned plug and wait a bit to make it come, bake until golden brown at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
Proteins connect with sugar, whipped.
Lubricate the cooled cake jam, put on top of the cake and sprinkle with proteins almonds.
Thereafter, bake a cake with almonds "Women's whim" for another 5-7 minutes.
