Cake "Moment"
To prepare the sponge cake:
150 g sugar
75 g potato starch
4 eggs
? lemon (juice)
To prepare the cream:
150 g sour cream
100 g nuts
100 g sugar
0.5 kg apples
Mash egg yolks with sugar, add the starch, stir gently introduce proteins, whipped into a thick foam.
Deep pan brush with butter, pour the batter into it and cook it in the oven at moderate temperatures.
Apples bake in the oven, wipe them, combine with chopped toasted nuts and half the sugar.
Cover the cake with a thick layer of cream, place cream, whipped with sugar and nuts.
