250 ml buttermilk

50 g melted butter

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

120 g cornmeal

150 g flour

Break eggs into a bowl. Add butter and eggs.

Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add liquid.

Put the dough into the mold and bake at 200 � C for 25 minutes.
