Chicken legs in the Caribbean
10-12 pcs. Chicken legs
1 Bank of canned pineapples
1-2 zubochka garlic
salt and pepper
Feet wash, dry. Season with salt, sprinkle with pepper and put in a bowl. Pour pineapple juice and add the chopped garlic. Stand for half an hour. Then everything out onto a baking sheet. Top with pineapple rings and pour the marinade. Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes. You can add the marinade in a variety of spices to taste (coriander, allspice, basil).
