1 PCs chicken large
60 g smoked bacon
1 onion - head
1 tsp. paprika
salt
1 glass thick sour cream
40 g the melted fat pork
450 g wheat flour

100 g cream
1,5 glass water
Chicken rinse well, drain and retrobyte 8-10 parts.
Fry the grated onion with slices of bacon until Golden brown, sprinkle with paprika and place the chicken. Salt lightly fry, pour 1/2 Cup water, cover and simmer until soft. Pour part of sour cream and again boil. Garnish serve dumplings.
For dumplings connect these components, mix well. The dough is put a spoon in boiling salted water. When the dumplings float to the surface, remove them with a slotted spoon, put on a dish, pour over the pork fat mixed with the remaining sour cream.
