Chicken leg with dumplings
1 chicken leg
5 tbsp. flour

3 sprigs of dill
1 tbsp. sour cream
salt
pepper to taste
2 tbsp. vegetable oil for the dough and 1 tablespoon for greasing the form
1. Chicken leg, rinse, dry on a napkin, RUB with salt and pepper.
2. Put chicken leg on a baking sheet or pan, greased. Bake in a preheated 200 � C oven until tender.
3. Sift the flour through a sieve and mix in a bowl with salt and vegetable oil.
4. Add to the butter mixture and flour finely chopped dill, mix well and molded from the obtained mass sausage.
5. Cut crosswise into slices (dumplings), boil them in salted water for 4-5 minutes. Serve with sour cream to the chicken leg.
