500 g onion small
500 g white wine dry
1/3 glass vinegar
1 tsp. black pepper
1 PCs Bay leaf
1 PCs Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds

Bow obdi first with boiling water, then cold water and remove the husk.
