"Feathers" with eggs
200 g vermicelli (feathers)
1 onion
1 carrots
4 eggs
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
green onions
dill
salt
"Feathers" boil in salted water for 6-7 minutes, drain the water. Pan spaserovat bow, when the onion is browned, add the grated grated carrots. Everything is a little fry, add feathers, beat the eggs and mix well, add salt. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until cooked eggs. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs. You can serve with mayonnaise or ketchup.
