Pork in sweet and sour sauce
1 kg pork pulp
1 red pepper
2 cloves garlic
2,5 ginger root size about cm
150 g plum sauce (for example, red tkemali)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Chinese mixture usyanmyan (a mixture of five spices)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
0,5 fresh cucumber
5 the feathers of green onions
1 red pepper for decoration
If the meat is too thick, cut with it excess fat, gently tenderize and malpighia his thin slices of garlic. Finely chop the chilli, pre-clearing it from the seed (repeat this operation with gloves that pepper would not burn the skin). Finely chop the ginger. Plum, soy sauce and five spice blend is put in a pot, add 1 tablespoon of water.
The mixture usyanmyan you can prepare yourself. This requires in equal proportions to take a well-dried and powdered star anise or star anise, fennel, cloves, licorice root or cardamom. Mix the mixture and add the cinnamon, which can be taken in a double size.
In a small pan heat the oil and fry the meat. With more oily side fry for about 5 minutes, flip and then cook for another 2-3 minutes. Brush pork with sweet and sour sauce and place in a preheated 200C oven for 40 minutes. The liquid flowing from the meat in the pan, keep your pork.
