Korean cucumber salad and meat
800 g cucumbers
500 g veal or pork
3 cloves of garlic
1-2 onions
1 sweet pepper
4 Art. l. soy sauce
2-3 Art. l. 5% vinegar
1 Art. l. sweet chili sauce
? h. l. ground coriander
? h. l. sugar
1/3 h. l. salt
vegetable fat
Cucumbers cut into cubes not thick and 5 cm in length, salt and leave for half an hour.
Sweet pepper and onion cut into strips.
Thinly slice the meat into cubes.
Cucumber juice to drain and season them with coriander, chili sauce, sugar, add chopped garlic.
Deep frying pan heat the oil and fry the meat over high heat until the liquid evaporation, then add the onion and fry until all its softening.
Add to the meat of soy sauce, 1 passed through the press a clove of garlic, sweet pepper, stir, put the pan in all of cucumbers, leave for 5 minutes, stir.
