500 g lamb without bones

1 tbsp. corn flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show

1 tsp. sugar

1 tsp. sesame oil



2 tbsp. peanut butter

200 g broccoli

2 feathers green onions

1 garlic clove

2 tsp. sherry

1 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tbsp. ground coriander

For making better suited concave pan-wok. Slice the lamb thin strips. Mix the corn flour and sugar with sesame oil and pour it on the meat. Leave on for half an hour. Heat peanut oil in wok, add the lamb and fry over a high heat, continuously rotating about 2-3 minutes. Remove the meat, put it in a separate bowl, and in the wok place the chopped broccoli, onion and garlic. Fry the vegetables for a few minutes broccoli should soften. Pour into the pan, sherry and soy sauce, put the lamb and sprinkle all with coriander. Fry on high heat for a few minutes.
