Lamb with coriander
500 g boneless lamb
1 Art. l. cornmeal
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 h. l. sugar
1 h. l. sesame oil
2 Art. l. peanut oil
200 g broccoli
2 a feather green onions
1 clove of garlic
2 h. l. sherry
1 Art. l. soy sauce
1 Art. l. ground coriander
For the preparation of a best fit concave wok. Cut the lamb into thin strips. Mix the corn flour and sugar with sesame oil and pour this meat. Leave on for half an hour. Heat the peanut oil in a wok, add the lamb and cook over high heat, turning constantly about 2-3 minutes. Remove the meat, to shift it into a separate bowl and put in a wok chopped broccoli, onion and garlic. Fry the vegetables for a few minutes - broccoli should soften. Pour into the pan, sherry and soy sauce, put the lamb and sprinkle with coriander everything. Fry over high heat for a few minutes.
