100 ml Fruit juice

100 ml Water

200 g Sugar

20 g Gelatin

Gelatin pour the juice and leave to swell.

Sugar, cover with water, bring to boil and keep 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and immediately add the swollen gelatin. Mix until complete dissolution.

In tins, pour the juice with the gelatin and put into the refrigerator until fully cured.

In order jelly it was easier to get out of shape, the bottom of the form for a couple of seconds dipped in hot water.
