Meat with peaches
500 g tenderloin (pork or veal)
200 g tomato sauce
4 peach
salt
pepper
Meat cut into small slices 2 cm wide and lightly beat. Meat with salt and pepper. Coat each slice with the two sides of the tomato sauce and arrange on a baking sheet.
Peaches are divided into halves and remove the seeds.
The pan with the meat put in the oven on the middle level, and peaches on the grill, put on the meat, the juice from the peaches will slowly drain into the meat.
Cook 50 minutes at 180-200 degrees C.
Tomato sauce:
150 g of tomato paste
30 g of mayonnaise or sour cream
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
1 teaspoon mustard
salt
pepper
adjika.
Preparation:
Mix well, season with salt and pepper. If you are using a strongly spicy mustard, then don't use adjika.
