500 g chicken fillet

1 PCs egg

2 tbsp. wheat flour

250 g mayonnaise

2 tbsp. dill chopped

2 tbsp. parsley chopped

4 tbsp. vegetable oil

Fillet cut into cubes 1x1 cm, pour 150 g mayonnaise, put 2 hours in the fridge to marinate.

Marinated fillet connect with flour, salt, egg, mix well. Fry in the form of fritters on both sides in hot vegetable oil until Golden brown.

The remaining mayonnaise connect with chopped greens, leaving part of it for clearance, whisk.

When serving, sprinkle cutlets with herbs, pour the sauce over. Garnish serve boiled "shells".
