Poached vegetables (2)
200 g turnip
100 g fresh frozen green beans
100 g Brussels sprouts
2 pcs. tomatoes
1 h. l. chopped lovage
1 pcs. bay leaves
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Beans cut into slices, tomatoes - sliced, turnips - slices.
Connect vegetables, salt, pepper, pour a little water and turned up to readiness, adding at the end of cooking lovage and bay leaf.
When serving vegetables out onto a plate and complete greenery.
