Pickle
500 g beef;
2 pcs. pickled cucumber;
4-5 pcs. potato;
2 pcs. carrot;
2 pcs. onion�

rassolnik:
Prepare meat broth. We shall cut potato slices, cucumber peel, we shall cut into strips or slices and ran (fill with cold water and cook for 15-20 minutes). In the boiling broth to put the potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes, then add the roasted vegetables, poached pickles and cook until tender. For 5-7 minutes before the end of cooking, add salt, pepper and bay leaf.
When submitting a rassolnik plate put a piece of meat, season with sour cream and sprinkle pickle greens.
