Pickle
What you need:
700 g potato
160 g parsley root
30 g celery root
100 g onion
140 g pickles
110 g spinach or sorrel
40 g margarine
1.5 l broth of meat or poultry
salt
pepper
bay leaves
pickle cucumber
meat slices
80 g sour cream
80 g greens
Onion peel, we shall cut strips and spassiruy in margarine.
Cucumber peel and seeds, we shall cut slices. Add a little broth or water and simmered for 15 minutes.
Peel the potatoes and we shall cut into cubes.
Parsley root and celery peel and we shall cut strips.
Sorrel or spinach rinse, remove coarse stalks and we shall cut slices.
In the boiling broth founded the potatoes, bring to a boil and add the fried onion, chopped parsley and celery. Vari 10-15 minutes, then enter poached cucumbers, spinach leaves, salt, pepper, bay leaf and boil for another 10 minutes. To improve the taste at the end of cooking pour the boiled and strained cucumber pickle.
When serving in a bowl put a piece of meat or poultry, zaley pickle, add sour cream and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
