Pickle with buckwheat lean
3 pickles
2.5 l water
2-3 potato tuber
1 glass pickle cucumber
1 carrot
1 onions
? glass buckwheat
2 Art. l. oils

greens
ground black pepper
salt
Diced cucumbers, onions and carrots peeled, cut into thin strips, rubbed on a grater or chop in a blender, combine to put out 20 minutes in butter, pour in hot water.
