Chicken fillet with vegetables
250 g chicken - fillet
1 Art. l. sesame oil
300 g Frozen vegetables Chinese
2 Art. l. soy sauce
4 Art. l. vodka
salt, ground pepper and ginger - to taste
dill
Fillet slice across the grain into thin slices.
Frozen vegetables saute in butter, stirring constantly. Add slices of fillet and cook another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with ginger, soy sauce and pour the vodka. Bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper.
When serving garnish the dish with rice and complete greenery.
