Vegetable Casserole
Ingredients:
500 g carrot
150 g cream
3 pcs. egg
250 g potato
200 g natural yoghurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
white pepper
salt
margarine - for greasing
250 g chopped spinach, lightly cooked
2-3 h. l. wheat flour
1-2 Art. l. grated horseradish root with cream
Clean for casseroles carrots and potatoes, slice and cook separately until tender. Prepare each kind of vegetable puree. Spinach fold in a sieve.
Mix each kind of mashed with cream, flour and one egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat oven to 200 � C. Lubricate the form of margarine 1.5 liter. At the bottom of the form, place carrot puree, then a layer of spinach puree and mashed potatoes are done. Cover with greaseproof paper form. Bake in the oven for about an hour.
For the sauce, mix the yogurt and cream and horseradish to taste.
Finished casserole soak for 10 minutes and remove from the mold. To the table post slices with sauce.
