Duck fillet with horseradish
4 Duck - fillet
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 apples - large
3 Art. l. grated horseradish root
65 g sour cream
65 g natural yoghurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
1 Art. l. lemon juice
To prepare the sauce, clean and finely chop the apple, fill it with 2 tablespoons of water, cover and simmer for 15 minutes until tender stirring occasionally. Rub through a sieve, cool, then add the horseradish, sour cream, yogurt and lemon juice. Mix well.
Lubricate the fillets with oil. Put them on the grill rack and place in the preheated grill for 10 minutes. Turn over and cook for another 6-8 minutes.
Then with a sharp knife slice the fillet into thin slices. Place the fan on the plate. Put on each plate portion of the sauce and serve.
You can garnish the dish with a green salad oil.
