Ham stuffed chicken
1,6 kg chicken legs
2 PCs sausages
1 onion - head
1 PCs carrots
40 g butter
smoked bacon
2 glass wine red
100 g brandy
100 g nuts (kernels)
10 g parsley and dill
4 g hops suneli
ground black pepper
salt
Carefully separate the meat from the bones, being careful not to damage the skin.
Sausages, mince, mix with chopped parsley, crushed nuts, spices, brandy (50 g) and smoked bacon, diced pepper and salt to taste.
Fill cooked minced chicken legs, sew holes, salt and pepper. Onions and carrots, peel and cut into cubes.
The butter will melt and fry chicken legs. Fry them together with the vegetables, then sprinkle the remaining brandy, add red wine and simmer, adding water for 25 minutes.
Ready ham serve with this sauce, and decorate with greens.
