Boiled beef with carrots
1.4 kg The inner part of the butt or brisket
2 pcs. Bay leaves
450 g Carrot
4 pcs. Medium-sized onion
Black pepper
2 Carnation sticks
Greens to decorate
Soak the beef in cold water overnight.
Drain and Put the meat in a large pan, add the bay leaf, cloves, cut into 4 pieces of onion.
Cover with cold water so that it completely covered the meat. Bring to a boil.
Remove the foam and cook over medium heat for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Put the carrots in a saucepan, cut lengthwise into 8 pieces. Cook for another 20 minutes until the carrots are tender.
Remove the meat from the pan, cut into thick slices and serve with onions and carrots.
Top decorate with greenery.
